MEMBERSHIP POLICY SUMMARY
- A one (1) month security deposit is required upon signing for all memberships.
- All memberships are for a minimum 4-month period and will automatically renew on a monthly basis thereafter.
- All membership services are fully customizable and interchangeable with services of equal pricing to suit your individual needs.
- Unused services roll over to the following month.
- Memberships automatically renew monthly until cancelled in writing.
- A failed payment of more than two consecutive months will result in immediate cancellation of membership and the remaining balance in full will become due.
- No-show and late cancellation fees apply. Please review our cancellation policy at time of enrollment.

Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in any service, package, or membership pricing. We kindly ask that you compensate our staff directly for their care and expertise.
Financing & Insurance
- Financing available through Cherry. Ask our team about flexible payment plans.
- PPO members — some services may be super-billed to your insurance provider. Please inquire at time of service.
- PPO Insurance — Medical Treatment Policy: Members with PPO insurance must have a consultation with a KIAN Privé physician for evaluation and receive physician approval prior to receiving medical treatment with Icoone® Lymphatic Drainage (Icoone Laser Med).
- We encourage all clients to check with their insurance company to see if they cover related expenses for wellness treatments.
- Itemized invoices provided upon request.
Accepted Forms of Payment
- All major credit cards accepted — a 3% processing fee applies.
- Zelle accepted with no additional fee.
- PayPal, Venmo and Cash App accepted — a 3% processing fee applies.
- FSA and HSA cards accepted.

The wellness services provided by KIAN Privé do not replace the care, advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by your Primary Care Physician or any licensed medical professional. We strongly encourage all clients to consult with their Primary Care Physician or a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness program, treatment protocol, or service — particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, nursing, or currently taking prescription medications.
